STORY OVERVIEW

 

The once influential photographer of the stars, Tony Vaccaro, is now nearly one hundred years old and suffering from a serious bout of dementia. In order to try and mend a heavily strained relationship, his son Frank laboriously sifts through millions of Tony’s negatives looking for evidence to corroborate some very tall tales, some at the heart of their rift. As a result we journey through a lavish and wild visual landscape that tells the story of Tony Vaccaro: orphan, soldier and undeniable living legend.
